A(BNI Safety Manager) : Mr. Tamir, Please stop working for a moment. There are sparks everywhere right now, but there are no fire watchmen or fire extinguishers.

A(BNI Safety Manager) : Mr. Tamir씨, 잠시 작업을 중단하십시오. 지금 불티가 사방으로 튀고 있는데 화재감시자나 소화기 배치가 안되어 있습니다.
 

B(Mr. Tamir) : Until now, the fire watchman has been watching, but I don't know where he went.

B(Mr. Tamir) : 지금까지 계속 옆에서 감시하고 있었는데…어디로 가셨는지 저도 모르겠습니다.

A(BNI Safety Manager) : First of all, due to violation of safety regulations, I will suspend work and issue safety stickers to you including the fire watchman.

A(BNI Safety Manager) : 일단 안전규정 위반으로 화재감시자 포함해서 현시간부로 작업중지와 안전스티커 발부를 하도록 하겠습니다. 

B(Mr. Tamir) : I think he is away for a while. Could you just let us go this time?

B(Mr. Tamir) : 잠시 자리를 비운 것 같은데 이번만 봐주시면 안될까요? 

A(BNI Safety Manager) : Mr. Tamir, you have violated the golden safety rules. It's even more important in this dry weather. If a fire breaks out without a fire watchman or fire extinguisher installed, it could lead to a large explosion or fire accident due to the failure of initial response.

A(BNI Safety Manager) : Mr. Tamir씨는 현재 중대안전규정을 위반하셨습니다. 요즘 같은 건조한 날씨에는 더욱 중대한 사항입니다. 화재감시자나 소화기 미 배치상태에서 화재가 발생하면 초기 진화의 실패로 대형 폭발/화재사고로 이어질 수 있는 상황이었습니다. 

An accident in which a fire occurred due to sparks transfer to the material loaded on the back of the welding while welding work without a fire watchman (An accident that led to a large-scale fire due to failure of initial response because there was no fire extinguisher)

화재감시자 미 배치 상태에서 용접작업을 하던 중, 용접 이면부에 적재되어 있던 자재에 불티가 옮겨 붙어 화재가 발생한 사고 (소화기 미배치로 인한 화재초기진압 실패로 대형화재로 이어진 사고)

Causes : During welding

1. Do not have fire watchmen or fire extinguishers

2. Non-removal of flammable materials and non-use of fire blanket

3. Failure to take measures to prevent shatter resistance

발생원인 : 용접작업시, 

1. 화재감시자 및 소화기 미배치 

2. 용접 이면부 가연성물질 미제거 및 불받이포 미활용 

3. 불티등의 비산방지 미조치 

1. Thorough placement of fire watchmen and fire extinguishers

2. Remove combustible materials and use a fire blanket on the surrounding area of the work and the weld surface

3. Thorough measures to prevent shatter resistance

1. 용접작업시 화재감시자 및 소화기 배치 철저 

2. 용접작업시 작업주변 및 용접이면부 가연성 물질 제거 및 불받이포 사용 

3. 용접작업시 불티등의 비산방지조치 철저
